Life Time Fitness Hosts "Crushin' It for the Kids" Event 10/12

Life Time® – a luxury athletic resort designed with health, wellness and community at its core – has partnered with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® to help sick and injured kids have a fighting chance at a healthier tomorrow.

On October 12, 2019, 32 Life Time® athletic resorts will host the inaugural Crushin’ It for the Kids charity workout. Crushin’ It participants will be pushed to new levels during a one-of-a-kind Alpha or GTX workout. Four workout times will be offered, from 8am – 12pm, followed by a social gathering at Life Time’s LifeCafe restaurant. The event is open to Life Time members and the general public.

The four locations benefitting Children’s Specialized Hospital are in Bridgewater, Berkeley Heights, Florham Park and Montvale.  Visit www.crushinitforthekids.org to register to attend a class or participate virtually. Those attending will participate in the custom Alpha or GTX workout at their preferred class time and will be provided a personalized fundraising page. Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of $100 prior to the event, with all funds raised being split evenly between the Life Time® Foundation and Children’s Specialized Hospital.
